ABSTRACT
The purpose of this brief chapter is to summarize the various electronic trans-
port theories, starting from the very first theory of electrical conduction in
metals by Paul Drude in 1900, and ending with recent theories designed to
address the anomalous electronic transport in the strange metals regime of
(un)conventional superconductors.
