ABSTRACT
Earlier, we have studied that the first requirement for improvements is the observation of the system or the business process. This knowledge will enable us to determine interrelated and interdependent processes. The next stage will be to change the way the work flows through these processes and make them least wasteful. Again, the process is a sequence of linked activities or tasks whose purpose is to produce a product or service for the customer.
