ABSTRACT
The key difficulties faced when applying Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) are employee engagement and morale while reducing costs and variation simultaneously. The goal for the organization is to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of processes. The key to doing so is by utilizing employees to make them personally accountable for their improvements.
