ABSTRACT
In Chapter 1, I introduced a model along with a roadmap of activities that help us (the design engineers) to navigate the product development maze. The initial steps in the process (or road) map required that we start with developing the PRD. Chapter 2 helped us to develop an appreciation for VOC, requirements, requirements cascade, and design documents. In this chapter, I will revisit the topics covered in Chapter 1 and provide more detail to lay a foundation of a systems-level understanding for design and development of EM products.
