ABSTRACT
I have to admit that it is exciting and invigorating to be a part of an NPD team. Furthermore, being a part of an engineering team that supports and sustains a marketed product provides huge learning opportunities by providing exposure to all the design assumptions that were in fact problematic. I have had the pleasure of sustaining products that I have designed and developed, the experience has been humbling as well as rewarding.
