ABSTRACT
Th is chapter discusses the activities associated with the preparation needed before executing any changes required to realize the expected benefi ts. Th ese pre-execution steps are needed to diff erent extents in portfolio, program, and project levels. Th roughout this chapter, a set of Benefi ts Realization Management practices is introduced, and the link between these activities and the project, program, and portfolio management processes is established.
