ABSTRACT
Supervised learning, which can be categorized into classification and regression problems, is the central part of the machine learning field. Over the past several decades, designing an effective learning system and promoting the system’s performance have been the most important tasks in supervised learning. How to model and process the uncertainty existing in the learning process has become a key challenge in learning from data. Uncertainty processing has a very significant impact on the entire knowledge extraction process.
