ABSTRACT
A quick scan of sports stories at almost any time shows the importance of voting in sports. The Heisman Trophy in college football, the Baseball HOF, the MVPs in baseball and pro football, the NCAA basketball polls, and countless cell phone surveys all involve voting of one sort or another.
