The increased advancement in communication and computing technologies has opened many avenues in services industries that support many stakeholders like professionals, farmers, various governmental agencies and private agencies. These technological developments increasingly affect all aspects of work
of information is available due to advanced data handling technologies. The biggest question is whether the right information is available to the appropriate user at the opportune time. Instead of providing answers, this question has generated many more questions like what makes the right information, who is the appropriate user, and when will there be an appropriate time? Within any context, the right information could be delivered to appropriate users at an opportune time. Hence, context awareness needs to be built into every system with minimal disturbance to the existing technologies and platform.
