ABSTRACT

Inorganic dielectrics play an important role in the theoretical aspects and practical applications of dielectrics. Water, which is listed as inorganic, has been treated earlier due to its unique role in life on earth. In this chapter, we briefly present the selected dielectric properties of selected inorganic dielectrics, which include ferroelectrics, glass, and ceramics. Extensive data up to 1973 are compiled by Young and Frederikse [1].
