ABSTRACT
Dielectric spectroscopy, which we have dealt with so far, has concerned itself with power engineering issues. However, the theory and practice of this area of research is vastly applicable in various disciplines of scientific investigations. In this chapter, selected applications are described, without claiming to be complete, to expose the reader to the vast literature available for further pursuit. Towards this end, we first examine the various dielectric functions used in various disciplines, all having the same concepts and methodologies described in previous chapters.
