ABSTRACT

Business Analytics, or simply, analytics, seems to be one of the most commonly used words in the world of business today. From the top brass to the newest recruit, everybody claims to be applying analytics in their respective domains to raise the efficiency of their business operations. Unfortunately, only a handful of organizations are currently able to take real advantage of analytics to maximize return on investment or to find the lowest hanging fruits, and they are undoubtedly the leaders in the respective industries.
