ABSTRACT
Your greatest weakness as a GIS coordinator is failing to measure the value of GIS. I have literally traveled to every corner of the United States and worked with hundreds of local government organizations. Without exception, no organization has ever attempted to measure or even promote the real tangible and intangible benefits or value of GIS. OK, there may be a couple of them.
