ABSTRACT
In different thermal processes involving heat transfer, system temperature depends on time; such heat transfer is termed nonsteady state or transient. There are a large number of such heating and cooling processes occurring at the industrial level. For example, during the baking process where heating and cooling of bread, cakes, buns, biscuits, and similar products occur, the material is subjected to temperature changes over time and position.
