ABSTRACT
Performing a full-scale testing program for micropiled raft foundations could be extremely expensive if all important factors that influence their performance are to be investigated. Centrifuge testing offers an acceptable alternative for full-scale testing because it provides approximately the same stress level of the prototype case, which is important to replicate the soil stiffness and strength.
