Nearly half the payment under the OOF is for these quality indicators and some practices may have been preoccupied with the ten chronic diseases and setting up

annual reviews and putting these indicators to one side. The two parts of the OOF should happen simultaneously and in several areas complement each other and these will be described during this chapter.
