Introduction In this chapter we shall consider information strategy planning for practices and the PCO. To start, visit the on-line seminar on the information needs of PCOs, which includes a description of GPIMM ca 1997, then look at a more recent presentation made to the National Association of Primary Care (NAPC) in 2001.
