ABSTRACT
This book consists of a series of monographs, each of which deals with a specific chemotherapy regimen or, in a very few cases, with two very closely related regimens (e.g. weekly and 3-weekly paclitaxel). All of the monographs have the same format and begin with nine core sections (usual indication, doses, administration, anti-emetics, cycle length, number of cycles, side-effects, blood nadir and TTOs required) with which we believe anyone involved in prescribing, preparing or administering chemotherapy should be familiar. There then follow three longer sections consisting of notes for prescribers, nurses and pharmacists, respectively.
