ABSTRACT
This regimen is not a standard treatment for any common tumour, but has been used in a variety of situations, especially where combination therapy is contraindicated for any reason. Most solid tumours are sensitive to cisplatin to some degree. Non-small-cell lung and ovarian cancers are among those for which cisplatin monotherapy has been used.
