ABSTRACT
Now that we have spent the previous chapters in this book discussing clinical techniques to avoid legal difficulties, this last chapter is devoted to the actions to take once you are sued. We do not claim to be experts in this scenario because, fortunately, our personal experience has been limited. However, we have read numerous books on this topic and have talked to numerous physicians who have been through the process. From this collection of data, we present the following discussion.
