ABSTRACT
Treatment Cryotherapy, curettage, topical preparations (40% salicylic acid or 5-fluorouracil [5-FU]), laser ablation. May regress spontaneously.
Follow-up Rarely indicated.
History Painless, pigmented warty plaques which are unsightly and may catch on clothing and bleed.
