ABSTRACT

She was thinking as well about the previous week, w hat it had been like seeing a counsellor. Weird, she thought. She still w asn’t too sure about it. Felt like she had done a lot of, well, sitting. And yet . . . ? It had been weird but it had also been kind of different in a sort o f . . . , she w asn’t sure how to describe it. Sally was different, at least she seemed somehow different, not quite like other people, somehow, not really w hat she had expected. Not really. She had felt sure there’d be lots of questions and lots of being told w hat she must and m ustn’t do. But there hadn’t been any of tha t at all. And that felt sort of good, somehow, but strange as well.
