Kidney Chronic renal failure • Impaired drug excretion. • Hypertension, anaemia, bleeding tendency. • Anticoagulant therapy following dialysis. • Immunosuppressed/steroid therapy - transplant patients. • Candidiasis. • Some drugs are nephrotoxic e.g. tetracycline. • Infective risk patients.
