Flow—Part 1

Tulips, daffodils, and flowering trees—Central Park in full bloom. Grandview’s transformation is also budding. More than half of our pilot zone units have functioning Level 1 team boards. Problems are bubbling up and Quick and Easy Kaizen is taking root. Team members are fixing stuff and gaining confidence. Simple things, like the Pharmacy waiting room queue kaizen, or better visual management in the Blood Bank, or layout improvements in the Microbiology lab. We’re building our muscles for what Andy called the “endless and eternal journey.”
