ABSTRACT
Monday morning saw the first of the staff overviews. The session was full, especially considering the early hour. The leadership team decided to conduct the hour-long overview in ten-minute segments so they could all participate. Nick began with a greeting and by once again thanking everyone for their dedication to their patients. He then provided the definition of Lean that Charlie had provided, spoke about the two key words, and explained about layers and how waste likes to hide.
