ABSTRACT
Leadership is a skill that every member of any organization is responsible for understanding and, when appropriate, undertaking. In the healthcare sector, teams or responsible parties will come together and disband in both wellestablished and very informal processes. Teams may be made up of two and three individuals or, in project teams, can be quite larger in size. Leadership skills are necessary in all aspects of the work we do.
