ABSTRACT
There are different types of problems: those that are intended to remind the reader about the symbolism and the structure of equations; those that require comprehension of the principles and the concepts; and those that are intended for the advanced reader who wants to understand the details of derivations or calculations. These latter problems are designated by an asterisk (*).
