ABSTRACT
On examination, the patient’s temperature is 38°C. His pulse is 110/minute and regular. The blood pressure is 115/75 mmHg. The jugular venous pressure (JVP) is not raised. The apex beat is undisplaced and normal.The heart sounds are normal and there are no added sounds or murmurs. Examination of the abdomen is unremarkable.
