The nephrology attachment took place in the fourth year of the MBBS course at Sarah’s medical school. As with all of the attachments, there was an exam at the end of the firm. By the time that they sat finals, students needed to have passed each of these end of attachment exams.The exam at the end of the nephrology firm was the most notorious.
