Mike took Sarah aside after performing a detailed neurological examination on the patient and explained that he was worried about a cerebral artery aneurysm causing Cheryl’s symptoms. Cheryl was not a typical arteriopath, had not had a head injury and did not have any other neurological signs to suggest inflammatory or malignant conditions.
