ABSTRACT
On arrival at accident and emergency, it transpires that the man has no history of seizures and has been previously fit and well, although he does mention that he has had a dry cough for the past few days and has felt short of breath on exertion, as well as having headaches. He had attributed this to a ‘bad cold with a touch of bronchitis’.
