ABSTRACT
A 24-year-old female develops a pruritic rash over her flexor surfaces, at the nape of her back and over her buttocks. The rash is localised, vesicular and intensely pruritic. She has also noted fatigue, weight loss of 3 kg over the preceding 2 months and occasional bouts of central abdominal pain. Her bowels are loose. Her full blood count shows
