ABSTRACT

This chapter explores how to design tool for vacuum forming and shows how to use layer feature to define different layers in a part. It discusses three-dimensional (3D) Print the tool for vacuum forming using the Fortus machine. The computer-aided design model of a mold produced using SolidWorks, while some of the basic steps involved in using the interface software, Insight for preparing 3D printing data. The Tool Paths Custom Group tool is used to control the tool path parameters for the different zones of our product. Using the model Standard Tessellation Language files and processed data for the tool paths shows the Vacuum forming tooling that is produced using the FORTUS 400mc machine.
