True. Association studies in multiple candidate genes found a combination of polymorphisms in neurotransmitter receptor-related genes giving 76.7% success in the prediction of clozapine response (p=0.0001) and a sensitivity of 95% (+/– 0.04) for satisfactory response in schizophrenia.
