ABSTRACT
Introduction In this chapter I describe my experiences of undertaking the 'Certificate in e Learning Tutoring Skills'. This certificate for training e-tutors is awarded by the Institute of IT Training which is a division of the National Computing Centre. The Approved Training Provider is The Training Foundation as part of their Certified e-Learning Professional Programme.
