Introduction The value of collaborative learning is well established and in primary care this often occurs in the practice setting. There are a variety of opportunities, such as through a formal practice-based learning group, or informally by corridor or coffee room discussions. However, many healthcare professionals find it increas­ ingly difficult to find a convenient time and place to share experiences with colleagues.
