ABSTRACT

Good eating habits are generally acquired when young and persist throughout life. Eating foods in the proportions illustrated in the Balance of Good Health will help ensure children and teenagers obtain all the nutrients they require. A pictorial description of the Balance of Good Health is available from the following website: www.food.gov.uk/multimedia/pdfs/bghbooklet.pdf
