ABSTRACT
The Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) have traveled a long distance within different industries all these years. Many of the methods and methodologies used to explain and analyze quality were transferred to the safety area. All of these methods and methodologies have proven to be good things in QMS and SMS. But life goes on.
