ABSTRACT
There must be as many definitions of 'proper and sufficient accommodation' as there are GP premises. They range from the most modem and well-equipped, stateof-the-art purpose-built buildings to barely converted high street shops or houses in residential roads. The key question is, are they 'fit for purpose'?
