ABSTRACT
Some 911 callers advised that they were performing CPR as they spoke with dispatchers. The callers’ relaxed breathing recorded on the 911 audio is a clue that CPR might not have been administered. A pristine circle of blood surrounding a victim would also refute the caller’s claim of kneeling beside the victim to perform CPR.
