ABSTRACT
One of the things we’ve criticized consistently throughout this book is how waterfall project management tries to make long-term predictions based on early assumptions that aren’t typically accurate over long periods of time. We’ve also criticized waterfall for creating an environment of day-to-day micromanagement as project leaders try to hold the development team accountable for the long-term plan.
