ABSTRACT
Essential to the success of any project, private or commercial, is how well it is managed at all stages, from the first meeting with a client to the final sign-off. The same is true for a website development project, and it is particularly so because of the different types of tasks that need to be juggled. This chapter discusses what the stages of a Web project entail.
