ABSTRACT
This chapter studies the application of the semiparametric odds ratio model to parameter identifiability in various biased sampling designs. The biased sampling designs considered include the case-control design, matched case-control designs, extreme-value sampling designs, and the length-biased design. Specific applications to the genetic association studies include the gene-environment interaction and the secondary trait analysis.
