ABSTRACT
This chapter consider additional applications of the semiparametric odds ratio model in resolving model compatibility problem in fully conditionally specified model. The results simplify the identifiability conditions and the approach can be extended to deal with many similar model compatibility problems. The other application is to estimate joint density semi-parametrically based on smoothing the estimator from one of the likelihood approaches. The proposed approach to density estimation can overcome the problem of curse of dimensionality when nonparametric approach is used in multidimensional density estimation,
