ABSTRACT
The chapter focuses on issues such as humidity-sensor testing and calibration. In particular, the requirements of a test system are discussed, and descriptions of the sources of water vapors in the measurement chamber, including humidity generators of various types and saturated salt solutions, are given. The dynamic method of humidity measurement, the gas-mixing system, and diffusion and permeation systems are also discussed in the chapter. In conclusion, some general rules for humidity-sensor calibration and testing are formulated.
