ABSTRACT
The plant offers the unique opportunity to sample materials either traveling on conveyor belts after a crushing facility or traveling as a large stream with suspended solids after the milling facility. In both cases, we can always consider the stream one dimensional to perform reliable sampling. However, as we are going to see, reality is often different, disappointing, loaded with misconceptions and wishful thinking practice.
