ABSTRACT

Having determined the aims, expectations, drivers and incentives of each participant group, the issue that remains to be determined is when does each of the participant groups reach a point within a project where it can say that it has or should have achieved VfM. Indeed, the identification of where the VfM points are for each individual stakeholder is a significant move towards the progression of a VfM tracker. This chapter assists both practitioners and academics to understand where the VfM points might arise and how they can be tracked.
