ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses innovation leadership more generally and in relation to the built environment. There has been an increasing interest in ‘innovation champions’: who they are and what their roles are. Innovation champions are often recognised as people in senior positions who promote innovations across businesses and convince organisational actors with their narratives. The role of innovation brokers is also outlined in this chapter.
