ABSTRACT

The Delphi Process verifies the appropriateness of the data from experts by consensus in three rounds by email correspondence. During the first round, the project provides the proposed data to each panelist for interpretation and opinion along with an illustration. The panelist interprets the data and assigns a score between 1 and 9, where the score 1 to 4 is inappropriate; score 5 to 7 is uncertain, and score 8 and 9 is appropriate. During the second round, the project tabulates the survey score of all the panelists from the first round, communicates to all panelists to review the results of the first round, and requests revision of their opinion in their first-round if deemed necessary. The project tabulates the revised score of the panelists from the second round. During the third round, the project sends tabulated revised scores of the second round to each panelist for final approval with further modification if it is essential. The project accepts the results of the third round with a score of 7 and 8 as a final consensus opinion.
