ABSTRACT

Born in New York City, Tom Sito moved out to Hollywood and was an animator and story artist for many years. His credits include Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988), Beauty and the Beast (1991), The Lion King (1994), Shrek, and Osmosis Jones (2001), and also TV series like He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (1983), and She-Ra, The Princess of Power (1985). When not drawing, Sito had a lifelong obsession with history, which inspired him to become the author of a number of books on animation history, including this one.
